ECTA Award 2023, First Prize Award Ceremony

On 30 June 2023 I had the pleasure to win the ECTA Award 2023 for the best Academic Article (Professional Category).

ECTA (European Communities Trademarks Association) is the largest and oldest association of IP professionals, attorneys and academics in Europe. Its award is highly prestigious.

I am therefore honoured to have won it twice, the first time in 2020.

I consider this a surprising achievement and would like to thank ECTA for finding my work worthy of consideration. The Award Winning Ceremony, which took place in Prague, was fantastic.
