Those of you interested in GI Law and Comparative GI Law will find useful this article that I have recently published on the Journal of Intellectual Property Law & Practice together with Evgeniia Mikheeva.
In this paper we explore Russian GI Law as it appears after the July 2020 reform. We conclude that some steps forward have definitely been taken. However, there is still a lot to do.
